3D SHELL EXTENSIONS LICENSE AGREEMENT
BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE!
Definitions:
1. For the purpose of this Agreement, "Software" shall mean the software identified above, including but not limited to any updates, modifications, revisions, copies, and associated documentation provided by author and its licensors. "Author" shell mean author of the "Software", Leonid Tsinitskiy.
Restrictions:
2. You may not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble the software in whole or in part. You may not remove or modify any Copyright notice or the method by which it may be invoked.
Operating license:

a. Evaluation Terms and Conditions. You may use this Software solely for evaluation purposes without charge for an unlimited time. You are free to distribute exact copies of the Software to anyone. You are prohibited from selling, or requesting donations, for any copies of the Software you distribute. You must include a copy of this license with any copy of the Software. You may not remove or alter any identification, proprietary notice, label, or trademarks which appear on or in the Software.
b. Once you have registered, you will receive a personal registered copy via email. This copy may not be copied or lend. You have the non-exclusive right to use registered version of the software only by a single person, on a single computer at a time.
YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE OR GIVE AWAY TO ANYONE THE KEYS, LIBRARIES, EXECUTABLES OR OTHER MATERIAL RECEIVED DURING REGISTRATION PROCESS. YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE REGISTERED VERSION OF PRODUCT. IT WILL BE VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.
c. You may physically transfer the software from one computer to another, provided that the software is used only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. In team projects where multiple persons will use the software, the software must not be used outside the team. Use over a "local area network" (within the same locale) is permitted provided that the software is used only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. Use over a "wide area network" (outside the same locale) is strictly prohibited under any and all circumstances.
Back-up and transfer:
4. You may make one copy of the software solely for "back-up" purposes, as prescribed by international copyright laws. You must reproduce and include the copyright notice on the back-up copy.
Terms:
5. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program, the documentation and copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program and of the documentation, or return them to author.
Upgrades, Maintenance and Support:
6. During the term of this Agreement, author is under no obligation to provide upgrades, maintenance, or installation for the Software. Author may provide support for the Software as governed by the documentation, and other materials related to and included with the Software. Author reserves the right to revoke or modify support provided for the Software at any time, for any or no reason.
Liability disclaimer:
7. THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

THE AUTHOR HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM OR SUIT ALLEGING THAT THE DISTRIBUTION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE INFRINGES THE RIGHT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
