AnnoTater is a Windows utility that embeds annotations in (not on) pictures (.bmp, .jpg, .gif), it can store information about the contents of a picture within the picture file itself. Annotations can contained embedded hyperlinks that (when double-clicked) will automatically start your web browser and send it to the specified web page. AnnoTater can copy or move a group of annotated files to another folder. For example, you may do a search for "gardenia" and then copy the matching files to a folder where you keep pictures of flowers.
