What is new in 2.4.4.1 software version? - When installing for first time, restart Firefox BEFORE clicking 'Use Theme'
I think it's a matter of allowing some extras to load from what I've been able to find out.

I've gone through and sharpened a lot of icons for visibility.
Please bare in mind that 'Disabled' icons are quite dark to help 'Enabled' icons stand out.
There is also the fact that, other than white, the theme is well over 90% one colour.
This was quite challenging to achieve but necessary for the mood of the theme.
The icons are somewhat different to the default so it may be a case of 'getting to know which does what'.
When unsure, hover the mouse cursor over an icon for it's tooltip to tell you what it does.
Just the same, each icon is fairly unique among the set so as not to take too long to 'get to know'.
With that, if you feel any could be improved for what they do then please post on my website.
I take each post seriously and do whatever I can in response.
The tab-close buttons don't show on Firefox 2 at this stage but will be available for the full release.
One of the reasons is in support of tab-close on Firefox 1.5 with extensions such as TabMixPlus.
