BestSync® SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

* BestSync® is a shareware, that means:
Shareware is copyrighted software that is distributed for you to "try before you buy". This way you only buy software that you like - no more buying software at the store only to find out that it isn`t much fun or usable. Distribution and packaging costs are kept to a minimum, so the price of the software is lower. The un-registered version of this software is intended for evaluation purposes only. Many functions will be disabled within two weeks. If you like the software and want to continue using it, you must register it.
* BestSync® IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
* For personal user, the activating count of the license is equal to the license number plus FOUR. For example, if the user has ONE license, he/she can activate the license on FIVE computers (including the virtual PCs).
* For enterprise, government and other organization user, ONE license can be activated on only ONE computer (including the virtual PC).
* You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or graphics.
* You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original shareware version to anyone; and distribute the shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
* All copyrights to BestSync® are exclusively owned by the author - RiseFly Software..
* Installing and using BestSync® signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove BestSync® 2009 files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
