Find your notes quickly with Power Find, create categories and sub-categories (folders) that are meaningful to you. Using the full-featured text editor you can format documents just the way you need. Create tables, format paragraphs and much more. Create user defined columns so that you can assign specific notes to each document as well, such as priority or due dates! Save, export, print and even email your documents directly from Black Hole Organizer. Quickly insert stock text into any note using the template feature! Being web enabled means that any web url or email address is a live link as well. Drag text from your browser and drop it into an existing document or create a new one on the fly. Includes a full featured spell checker and Thesaurus! Convert the document manager to appear as a "floater" that will sit on your desktop with a small footprint that allows you to simply drag/drop your information to and have it immediately added to your database without losing your train of thought. Built-in reminder system allows you to keep track of tasks or documents that need attending to. Keeps a list of url favorites as well as an address book.
