Book-It Basketball Scoring System distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
Software License Agreement
1. Under this Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”), BDF Software (the “Vendor”) grants to the user (the “Licensee”) a non-exclusive and non-transferable license (the “License”) to use Book-It Basketball Scoring System (the “Software”).
2. “Software” includes the executable computer programs and any related printed, electronic, any online documentation and any other files that accompany the product.
3. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively with the Vendor. Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the Software. This Agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software.
4. The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or de-compiled in any manner through current or future developed technologies.
5. Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Vendor or its suppliers be liable to you or to any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, or for any and all other damages or losses. In no event will Vendor be liable for any damages in excess of the list price Vendor charges for a license to the software, even if Vendor shall have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing provisions shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

This software is based on an honor system. You can use the software before actually purchasing it. If you like what the Book-It Basketball Scoring System allows you to do and you plan to use it for more than 21 Days, order a registration license for unrestricted use. You are welcome to use this software to evaluate its features if you agree to abide by the honor system and send a token of appreciation to the software author on planned continued use. Distribution of a registered version is not permitted under any circumstances.
