An example:

The BugSentry library encrypts the issue and submits it to our servers.
We send an email to Alice, the project`s owner, notifying her of the new issue.
She assigns it to Bob. Bob fixes the bug and marks the issue "resolved."
We notify Alice that the issue has been resolved.
