Calc98 distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
You may freely distribute the freeware version of Calc98 provided you do not separate or alter the component files of the archive file or the distribution diskette. The software is not in the public domain. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer or incorporate into another work the software or its components.
You may use the software for a trial period of 90 days. If you wish to continue using Calc98 after 90 days we ask you to register the product. There is no charge for registration. Registration allows us to keep you posted on developments of the software and helps us to plan further development. The information you supply is not made available to any third parties. A registration form can be found in the file register.htm, which can be printed out from your HTML browser. You can also register on-line at our web site.
THE COPYRIGHT AND TITLE IN AND TO THIS SOFTWARE ARE OWNED BY FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED. FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE SOFTWARE OR SUITABILITY TO ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FLOW SIMULATION LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY DAMAGES COMPENSATION COSTS EXPENSES LOSSES OR OTHER LIABILITIES WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL AND ANY OTHER REMEDY WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE IN LAW IS HEREBY EXCLUDED EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
We generally are very happy for Calc98 to be included on magazine coverdisks, compilation CD-ROMs or websites, with the following conditions:
Keep all files together as in our distribution files and not distribute them separately.
Do not modify the files.
Make sure that the files retain our legal and copyright notices.
Make clear in any associated documentation that Flow Simulation Ltd. are the authors and owners of the software.
Do not distribute our software as part of another program or incorporate it into other software.
