If you are looking for a localized (translated) version of this extension, you might check out https://addons.mozilla.org/en& #45;US/firefox/addon/553 , an add-on which has the same feature as this one (and of which I was unaware before creating my extension).
However, my extension does have the advantage of having a keyboard accesskey.
There is also CoLT at https://addons.mozilla.org/en& #45;US/firefox/addon/1812 which offers more features (but it adds an extra submenu to the context menu, if context menu 'real estate' is a problem for you).
