JenaSoft today announced release 3.2 of new generation cross-platform database administration tool, DatAdmin. DatAdmin offers easy and quick to use database administration tools in intuitive enviroment. It can be used to browse and change database structure, run and generate SQL queries, edit table data, backup and restore database, export table and database structure into various formats, synchronize database structure, visually build queries, create database diagrams, maintain database model.
DatAdmin supports MySQL, MS SQL, Postgre SQL, SQLite and MS Access databases. DatAdmin is primarily developed for Windows, but the newest version can run also under Linux using mono platform.
New version adds support for Linux, new advanced exports (batch export of BLOB fields into more files, batch export of mutliple tables) and imports (import from text using regular expressions), command line interface, new wizards, support of events for MySQL 5.1 and easy connectivity to MySQL over PHP tunnel.
DatAdmin is available in two editions: Personal, which is free, and Professional for $60 per installation.
