With SIM Manager, you can easily create, edit, and backup phonebook entries using your PC and stop typing in information using the mobile phone's keypad. Manage your PIN codes, transfer data from one SIM/USIM to another, backup and export/import all phonebook entries using any compatible smart card reader.
SIM Manager is an advanced SIM card management tool, which provides an easy way to organize the address-book of a SIM card, as well as process other data stored on the SIM, such as the SMS archive, the list of fixed dialing numbers, last dialed numbers, etc.

Obtain detailed information about the SIM card, such as the IMSI, ICCID, the ATR, the name of the mobile operator, etc;
SIM card manager is a Unicode application, meaning that it can correctly process names and texts that contain characters other than the ones in the Latin alphabet, regardless of the current regional settings of Windows;
Compatible with GSM, 3G, and Nextel SIM cards.
April 2, 2009 - Dekart, the developer of innovative security and smart card management solutions, has published a new version of SIM Manager - a software tool for managing the contents of a SIM card and protecting the data on the mobile against accidental loss.
Version 2.4 of Dekart SIM Manager features an updated CSV import dialog, as well as important usability and cosmetic improvements. The new version of SIM Manager has now the support for multi-part SMS and better support for non-GSM 7bit names. It also makes it easier to process long SMS and has the option to activate or deactivate fixed dialling numbers. Moreover, 'p' and 'w' are now accepted as valid characters in a phone number.
Dekart SIM Manager offers convenience and peace of mind to mobile handset users, allowing them to easily backup their address book data to PC preventing those from being lost, delete and recover their SMS messages, change PIN/PUK codes, country code extensions and much more.
