This extension integrates your browser with Delicious (http://delicious.com) , the leading social bookmarking service on the Web. It does this by augmenting the bookmarking functionality in Firefox with an enhanced experience that offers the following advantages:

What is new in 2.1.018 software version? - This important update introduces a new bookmarks database, adds 3.1 beta compatability and corrects several bugs.
- Now using SQLite for local bookmark storage instead of RDF. This makes the add-on faster and more stable, especially for users with large accounts.
- Added an option for configuring the Keyboard Shortcuts
- Introduced compatibility with Firefox 3.1 beta
- Added support for favorite tags that include the '+' character
- Misc. bug fixes and enhancements
There is a one-time database conversion that will happen when you install this extension as it converts your existing RDF file to SQLite if you have a previous version installed. Firefox will let you see the progress of the conversion in the status bar at the bottom of the window. Please do not close your browser while this conversion is taking place, if you do close your browser before it is finished, a full-sync of your bookmarks will be triggered. For most users this process should be very quick, but if you have a large account it can take some time.. What is expected in the future?
