Welcome to the world of EVE Online, rated as the world' s best MMORPG where the endless expanse of space stretches before you and opportunities abound for all those willing to risk life, limb, and ship to achieve their goals. Whether you choose the path of the solo player where all that matters is yourself, or you choose instead to join a Corporation and work with others to spread your power and influence throughout the Galaxy, you will find plenty to do in this game. While it is true that combat, especially player vs. player, makes up a large portion of the game, even those who want a peaceful lifestyle can find something to do. From mining to trading to warfare, there will always be something to keep you occupied and having fun. When you begin your career in EVE the first thing you are presented with is character creation. First you choose your race and heritage group, and though they all look similar, each racial heritage group has a distinct set of starting skills allowing players to make their decision based upon their play style. Once you' re done with character creation you find yourself afloat in space in your new ship. Here' s where you begin to see the true beauty of the world of EVE. Stunning visuals of stellar bodies like suns, constellations, planets, and more come together in a beautiful way to really make you just stare in wonder sometimes. One thing that I believe makes EVE unique among the other top MMORPG games out there is that you truly can play the game solo, without ever having to spend your time in groups in order to survive. Though grouping can bring huge benefits, it' s not necessary in order for you to get the most out of the game. This online space game is for anyone who wants to be able to truly affect the game world around them, and be a part of the force that shapes the story of EVE.
Reykjavik, Iceland, 28. 10. 2011. Enter CCP' s Eve Online, which chooses to enter the wide expansive world of outer space. Allowing players to be successful corporate citizens, miners of rare minerals, bounty hunters, or even pirates, the door is left wide open for how players choose to make their way through the game. With some fabulous visuals thrown into the mix there' s a lot to like about this game. The game is set on a vast scale and you are literally free to do anything you want. Just so long as your willing to accept the consciences. What makes the game really take off, however, is the ability of groups of players to form themselves into Corporations. Working with a group of like minded people sharing a common goal makes the whole EVE experience far more rewarding. As a corporation you will have the ability to do things beyond the wildest dreams of people playing the game by themselves.

Buy your own stations, moons, planets or even systems.
Form a large fleet and gang up on your enemies.
Buy and sell shares in your (and other peoples) Corporations.

Form a cartel and play the economy of the game to your advantage (The economy in EVE is very much player driven).
Work to get incredibly, unbelievably rich and powerful.
