EnCalcE Calculates Electrical Appliance Cost

EnCalcE by JSutils calculates the cost of purchasing and running electrical appliances, allowing 2 alternative items to be compared under the same or different running conditions. It also calculates CO2 generation and allows for inflation. The results can be saved to a log file for later analysis. EnCalcE 5.1 is part of the JSutils group of software utilities which have a theme of energy conservation.
Variables such as operating life, purchase cost and power (including variable and continuous standby power) can be independently varied for 2 items for specified payback times, hours of use and electricity cost to work out the true total running cost of items. EnCalcE [encalce5.1.exe] can cope with different charging rates for electricity at different times of the day and variable rates of annual inflation. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).
