FoxFilter distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
FoxFilter ("software") comes with no warranty. This software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you. Should the software prove defective, you assume the cost and all other liability of all necessary servicing, repair, correction or otherwise. In no event shall the author of the software be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or reuse the software source code.
