FIREFOX ADDON FULL FULLSCREEN
Hides and restores all toolbars (and optionally tab bar) when toggling full screen. Useful when you absolutely don't want toolbars, such as for kiosks, instead of the Firefox 3 toolbar auto-show on mouse-over.
Also supports full screen on browser start.
