General Ledger III distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
LICENSE: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. grants you the right to use this trial copy of General Ledger III for a period of 60 days. If, after 60 days of trial use you have not registered General Ledger III with Peak InfoSystems and paid the registration fee, you must remove General Ledger III from your computer.
COPYRIGHT: GENERAL LEDGER III is owned by Peak InfoSystems, Inc. and is protected by both United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. You must treat GENERAL LEDGER III as you would any other copyrighted material.
TRANSFER: You may give copies of the trial program to others, but you may not divulge the registration information Peak InfoSystems returns to you.
WARRANTY: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. specifically does not make any representation or warranty that GENERAL LEDGER III or its documentation are free from defects or that they meet any user`s particular standards, requirements or needs.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES: Peak InfoSystems, Inc. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Peak InfoSystems, Inc. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE GENERAL LEDGER III, EVEN IF Peak InfoSystems, Inc. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS: GENERAL LEDGER III is provided to the Government only with restricted and limited rights. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in FAR Sections 52-227-14 and 52-227-19 or DFARS Section 52.227-7013(C)(1)(ii), as applicable. Contractor/Manufacturer is Peak InfoSystems, Inc.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
