HiVisGnome Big is part of the Access Firefox project, to assist people who have trouble seeing with regular themes. The theme has large high-contrast icons and large bold text.
Similarly sized themes are FormalGnome_Big and SphereGnome_Big. For even larger themes, look at the FormalGnome, HiVisGnome and SphereGnome Jumbo themes.
Right-click on the Back/Forward buttons to get drop-down history lists.
