Hold`em Sidebar distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
Purchase, or "registration" of this software product entitles the user to
full and free use of the product, technical support as described in the
documentation delivered with the product, and free upgrades to the
product for its marketed life.
ComputerEase makes no guarantee of any manner that use of this
software will ensure winning at Texas Hold`em Poker. It`s purpose is
to be an aid to the poker player only.
ComputerEase makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied,
including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability and/or
fitness for a particular purpose, other than to guarantee that this product,
at the time of its creation, was delivered in good faith. ComputerEase
shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or
consequential arising from a failure of this program to operate in the
manner desired by the user. ComputerEase shall not be liable for any
damage to data or property which may be caused directly or indirectly
by use of the program.
IN NO EVENT WILL COMPUTEREASE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR
OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING
OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, OR
FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
Shareware distributors and disk vendors who wish to advertise and sell
diskettes containing Hold`em Sidebar, individuals who wish to
distribute it to friends or associates, computer bulletin board system
operators who wish to make it available for download by their users,
and Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add it to their disk
libraries are ENCOURAGED to do so, providing adherence to the
Distribution Restrictions are followed. As the exclusive copyright holder
for Hold`em Sidebar, ComputerEase authorizes distribution only in
accordance with the following restrictions:
The Hold`em Sidebar package CANNOT be modified in any way and
must be distributed as a complete package without exception.
Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or
installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are
Vendors who wish to distribute Hold`em Sidebar as part of a
collection (such as on a CD-ROM package) may do so provided
that all the other restrictions are met. It CANNOT be sold as part of
any other commercial or shareware system or packaging offer,
without the express consent of ComputerEase.
Rack sellers may market Hold`em Sidebar as long as (1) the software is explicitly
identified as SHAREWARE, with a prominent definition of shareware displayed,
and (2) ComputerEase is paid a fair royalty. ComputerEase must approve the
scheduled royalty payment prior to any sales.
If you wish to add any of the system programs to a CD-ROM or other
collection, please check the release date of the version you have.
If the version is over six (6) months old, then please contact
us to ensure that you have the most current version.
Hold`em Sidebar cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.
Hold`em Sidebar may not be listed in advertisements, catalogs, or other
literature which describes products as "FREE SOFTWARE". Shareware is
"Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free!
Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
the licensed program except as provided in this agreement. Any
such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license.
Anyone choosing to distribute Hold`em Sidebar is requested to notify
ComputerEase so that upgrades may be provided. This benefits
