User License Agreement
Before using this program, it is important that all user(s) [hereafter referred to as `you`] read the following information and agree to the following terms of use. As the initial user, it is your legal responsible to alert other potential users to this agreement and its terms. This User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Brian Frackelton. If you do not agree with anything in this agreement, do not use this software. By using this software, you fully acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms:
Rights and Limitations:
The resale, distribution of registration information, or any other act of unauthorized duplication of registered versions of HFC is strictly prohibited. Likewise the reverse engineering, decompilation and/or disassembly of this program is prohibited. If you have any questions regarding this agreement, you may contact Brian Frackelton at TBW1999@aol.com.
This program may not be altered in any way and is offered and sold "as is".
Waiver of Liability:
The Hormonal Forecaster [also referred to as HFC] offers insightful information about fertility and ovulation. The accuracy of this data relies predominantly on the regularity of your menstrual cycle and accuracy of the data inputted. Even under ideal situations, it is impossible to guarantee with absolute certainty what times a conception may occur. By using this program, you acknowledge the existence of this uncertainty and release its designer [Brian Frackelton] from all liability (legal and other forms) associated with unintended pregnancies and/or failed attempts to achieve conception. If it is essential for you or your significant other not to become pregnant, I encourage you to take additional precautions. No form of birth control is perfect, and the techniques of the calendar and symptothermal methods used by the HFC are likewise not without their shortcomings. The HFC is modeled after these methods of fertility awareness, but in no way is it meant to fully represent or infallibly emulate either of these methods. Instead it only attempts to form generalizations based upon these methods that will work for most users (where the definition of `most users` is defined by the developer). By using this program you acknowledge therisk and accept full responsibility for your own actions and any consequences of those actions.
The Hormonal Forecaster was also designed to extrapolate future behavior, moods, and/or actions based upon entered data. The program can not be held responsible for the accuracy of the extrapolations. The calculations are done in mathematical fashion to help you identify patterns based upon probability. HFC cannot guarantee the reoccurrence of these patterns. Individual results may vary. Neither the program nor its programmer/distributor [Brian Frackelton] can be held responsible for any personal decision or action made related to the program and the consequences of such an action.
BY USING THIS PROGRAM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISK AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS AND ANY CONSEQUENCES OF THOSE ACTIONS. Although efforts have been taken to attempt to ensure the accuracy of results, this program does NOT come with any guarantee (written or implied) regarding the results or accuracy of outputted data.
Sixty Day Free Trial:
Although the 60-day trial is free, the program is not. You are limited to 60 days of program use. During these 60 days you are encourage to make full use of the trial. The program is, and will be, fully function for all 60 days of this trial. At the end of the 60-day trial, you must discontinue the use of this software. If you wish to continue using this program, you must register the HFC through its programmer/creator [Brian Frackelton] for which you will receive unlimited program use and upgrades. Use of the unregistered software after the 60-day trial is strictly prohibited. Registration is encouraged.
Registered Versions:
Each registered copy of HFC may be used exclusively by a single person (as well as by their one non-dynamic significant other) on one or more computers. If it is installed on multiple computers with the possibility of multiple people using the software (this includes placement on a network accessible to multiple workstations), individual licenses must be purchased. Warranty Disclaimer
This program and all associated files distributed with the program are sold "AS IS" and without any warranties expressed, written, implied, or otherwise.
In no event shall Brian Frackelton (or any other entity associated with the program distribution) be liable for any form of damage, loss of data, loss of profits, etc. Under adequate circumstances [judged and determined by Brian Frackelton], the only liability of the seller is exclusively limited to the replacement of the software or refund of the purchase price (if and only if the software has been registered).

The program itself, as well as the concepts used by the program to predict individual behavior, are the sole property of Brian Frackelton. The images and icons are to my knowledge public domain.
