This limited functionality trial version of "Horsepower Lab 2D" is subject
to the End-User License Agreement (`license`) supplied in this document.

Trial License Agreement for use and distribution

"Horsepower Lab 2D" software is distributed as try-before-you-buy.
This means:
1. Anyone may use this software during any period of time but will
have some limitations in program functionality (described in
README.TXT file) until its registration.
2. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
use "Horsepower Lab 2D" on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal
purpose, at a time. The registered "Horsepower Lab 2D" software may not
be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the
person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software
is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous
versions.
3. The "Horsepower Lab 2D" unregistered trial version may be freely
distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution
package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for
the distribution of "Horsepower Lab 2D" without written permission from the
copyright holder.
4. "Horsepower Lab 2D" registration terms are described in README.TXT file
and Program Supporting Web site (see README.TXT).
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE "Horsepower Lab 1D" SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
USE OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU WILL NOT HOLD THE AUTHOR
LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE
OF THE PROGRAM(S).
6. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. "Horsepower Lab 1D" software is not fault-tolerant
and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as
on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring
fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear
facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air
traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems,
in which the failure of the "Horsepower Lab 1D" could lead directly
to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage
("High Risk Activities"). "Horsepower Lab 1D" author(s) specifically
disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk
Activities.
8. You may NOT use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Andrei A. Chernousov,
the "Horsepower Lab 1D" author and copyright holder.
9. Installing and/or using "Horsepower Lab 1D" signifies acceptance of
these terms and conditions of this license.
10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
"Horsepower Lab 1D" files from your storage devices and cease to use
the product.
