Impossaball: ZX Spectrum 1.0 ZX Spectrum Game, As Dev...

The ZX Spectrum is an 8-bit personal home computer released in the UK in 1982 by Sinclair Research Ltd, which sold in excess of 5 million units worldwide. More than 10, games were released for the ZX Spectrum.

Impossaball for the ZX Spectrum (one of fewer than 200 ZX Spectrum games being re-released as a Windows 8 app) is one of THE defining games of the 1980s.

The Impossaball: ZX Spectrum by Elite Systems Ltd app is the near-100% original ZX Spectrum game, as developed by John Phillips and published by Hewson in 1987 and is brought to you - as an officially licenced product - utilizing our ZX Spectrum: Elite Collection HD technology.

About Impossaball: Do you have the nerve and skill to guide your bouncing Impossaball through the corridor of doom? Time is running out. Bounce onto a spike and Impossaball is obliterated. Touch a column and Impossaball rebounds at electric speeds. Against a constantly moving background of death dealing obstacles you must squash all the cylinders to complete the game. Are you good enough?

Game-play Impossaball: Race against the clock to bounce the Impossaball from the start to the finish line squashing all the cylinders and avoiding the spikes, plasma fields and fire bolts on the way. The first time you hit a magic ring you gain extra time, but do so twice and you lose a life. You' ve got four lives to start with and gain an extra life every 5000 points.
