Instant Housecall Free Edition lets you provide technical support, without cost, without leaving your home, and without burning any gasoline.

In addition to the non-commercial version, the company also offers Instant Housecall for Business. This feature-rich version program makes it easy to provide remote support to customers and colleagues. Your clients simply run Instant Housecall, type their support request, and invite you to help them. When you receive a client's invitation, you create a temporary, secure session in which you take control of their desktop computer. Once the session ends, your client has the peace of mind of knowing that you can no longer access their computer, unless they invite you to start another session.
