Planner - Schedule appointments with ease. With a waiting list feature you can create appointments and drag them to an appointment calendar where you want. Multiple resource view allows you to see who is available and who is not. You will know when a boardroom is available or if office staff is on holidays.
Resource Management -A Resource is anyone or anything such as a boardroom that needs to be scheduled. You can create all the resources you require and only display those you desire.By combining Resource Management and the Appointment Calendar we have created a simplistic way of scheduling appointments in your office. Never again have time conflicts with your office resources.Task Management - The new Task Management sections allows anyone in your office to see what needs to be done and by whom.
