JPACK IS AN ACTIVEX DLL AND PROVIDES METHODS

Programmatically creates and modifies packages in the `JPack` file format.

JPack is an ActiveX DLL and provides methods for programmatically creating and modifying packages in the `JPack` file format.

The package is uncompressed and very basic. The whole package is loaded into memory, then the files are cached into a temp directory (specified or automatic). Bacause of this, once the package has loaded you can have fast, native access to the files.

As well as the JPack DLL, I have included a custom packaging application called `JPackager`, this is to assist in design-time editing of packages.
