This is Firefox 2's default theme for Mac OS X, but with favicons enabled in the bookmarks toolbar!
There is a variation of this theme called Mac Favicon XL; https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3691/ which doesn't show the text of the bookmarks, only the favicons.
It could be useful to use in conjunction with Favicon Picker; https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3176/
