Introduction
MedSpel 7 is a spelling dictionary for Microsoft(TM) Word that contains thousands of medical terms.
Terms include:
Thousands of Drug Names, up to date with FDA approvals as of 10/13/08 (trade and generic names)
Anatomical terms
Dermatological terms
Internal Medicine Terms
Surgical Terms (Including orthopedics and urology)
DSM-IV Terms
ICD-9 Terms
and many more
This is distributed as shareware with a registration fee of $19.95 US.
The demo version only includes 3 dictionary files (A->I), the full version contains 9 (A->Z).
This spelling dictionary is network compatible.
MedSpel 7 has licensed the contents of OpenMedSpel, an opensource (GPL licensed) medical spelling word project from the
creators of MedSpel.

Installation
------------------
Word(TM) 97/2000/XP/2003/2007
1- Start Microsoft(TM) Word
2- Open a document (any document will do) or create a new document
3- Click the Tools choice from the menu bar
4- Click Options choice from the Tools menu
5- Click the Spelling and Grammar Tab
6- Check the Always Suggest checkbox
7- Uncheck the Suggest from Main Dictionary Only checkbox
8- Click the Dictionaries button
9- Check the checkboxes for MedSpel701.dic, MedSpel702.dic, and so on untill all the MedSpel70x files are checked.
10- Click the OK button
11- Click the OK button again to return to the document.

Registration
You are entitled to a free 30 day evaluation period. At the end of thirty days, you must register the dictionary or remove it from your computer.
The single user registration fee is $10 US. Registration entitles you to an expanded
spelling dictionary (contained on three additional dictionary files) and free updates for MedSpel.
