Mobile Messenger distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
Mobile Messenger is shareware. You can use Mobile Messenger in its unregistered state for 30 days, then you must pay the shareware fee or erase your copy. This program is fully functional but with a 20 sec startup delay. When you pay the shareware fee you get a code to "unlock" the program.
The unregistered version of Mobile Messenger can be distributed freely, uploaded on BBS and FTP sites, included as binary file in news areas, published on CD-ROM etc. as long as the package is distributed complete. No files must be removed or added. The package must not be modified in any ways. No charge must be taken for this package other than media and handling cost.
