Motion JPEG Camera 2.1
MOTION JPEG CAMERA IS A NT SERVICE.
Motion JPEG Camera is a NT service designed to transform your WEB CAM into an IP camera,
using JPEG for video compression and HTTP protocol for streaming.
You must use a web browser or an other player able to render motion JPEG streams by
opening the fallowing URL
http://host:port
where host is the name or IP of the computer where Motion JPEG Camera is installed and started,
and the port is the port number used for streaming (by default port number is 80).
Example http://127.0.0.1/ for testing on localhost.

This test version has 15 minutes limitation on work.
