FIREFOX ADDON MOZILLA HANDLE/DOI PROTOCOL HAN
The Handle/DOI Protocol Handler allows Firefox to resolve CNRI Handle (hdl) and Digital Object Identifier (doi) URIs.
It accomplishes this by forwarding requests to one of two proxy servers:
http://hdl.handle.net/ for hdl: URIs
http://dx.doi.org/ for doi: URIs
This is the common method of enabling browsers to resolve handles via HTTP.
