MyIP is a useful extension that shows your IP address in the status bar.

Please note that if you are behind a corporate/ISP firewall or router, the IP address you are given may not actually be your true IP address. This is something beyond my control, and if this is your case, MyIP will not work for you.

What is new in 0.53 software version? - 0.53 adds two new features:
- Copy to clipboard directly - when you request your IP, it is copied automatically.
- Use of a new server to fetch the IP address.. You may download myip-0.53-firefox.xpi directly, estimated download time by Dialup or GPRS [~56 kbit/s] is 0:00:05. Just write the reviews of the MyIP. System requirements are Firefox:0.7–2.0.0.*. Program has been scanned by the several antivirus and anti-spyware applications and found to be clean.
