"NALalyse is provided "as is" and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.

In no event shall the author, John Foster, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use or misuse of this software, even if the author has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage."

Basically, cutting through the legalise: If you choose to use NALalyse you accept ALL responsibility for any problems it may cause you or anybody else. If you`re not happy with that, don`t use it. Simple.

Although NALalyse is totally free, I will try my best to quickly resolve any problems reported to me either by email or via the forums.

If you`re using NALalyse in a non-personal setting, such as a corporate, government or academic environment you are encouraged to at least consider a token donation to me (there`s a `Paypal` button on the web site!) - as a minimum, please take the time to register on the Forums - it makes me feel popular and encourages future development and support of NALalyse.
