CyeWeb supports multi-hybrid capture sources, allowing you to connect IP camera(over 50 brands and hundreds cameras), analogue PCI/PCI-E capture cards, hardware compression card, USB-webcam and networ media stream, etc. It also supports capturing multiple streams from one capture device, such as IP camera or hardware compression card. One use-case of this feature is to capture  one high (e. g. 2MP/30FPS) and one low (e. g. CIF/10FPS)  resolution stream from the same camera; low-quality videos can be stored locally for playback in minimum disk space, at the same time high resolution videos can be monitored clearly in real-time; this use-case allows you to store more cameras data in limited disk space.
You can also use CyeWeb to connect remote Windows Media Stream, or other CyeWebs(CyeWeb inteconnection).
