You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software (the "SOFTWARE") provided with this
agreement. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
of this license agreement and warranty.

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by KAN-soft. Your license
confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and should not be
construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

EVALUATION VERSION LICENSE

This license applies to the evaluation version of SOFTWARE. If
you are using a registered version of SOFTWARE, see the
"Registered Version License" section below.
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge. The evalutation version has a limited trial
period of 15 days. After you have fully evaluated the software,
you are expected to either register this software to obtain a
non-limited version, or remove it from your computer.
When payment is received, you will get a registration key for
the latest version of this SOFTWARE and a subscription to
daily updating of a database for the period of one year.
The evaluation version of this SOFTWARE may be freely
distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
this SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright
holder.
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
SOFTWARE except as provided in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this license.
