SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTED WITH THIS LICENSE IS SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS STATEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
"You" or "your" as used herein means the person or company who is being licensed to use the Software, as defined below. "We," "us" and "our" as used herein means the creators of PageFour, Bad Wolf Software. The "Software" as used herein means Bad Wolf Software’s "PageFour" product. The Documentation as used herein shall mean the written materials that you may receive in connection with the Software. We will remain the sole and exclusive owners of all rights, titles and interests in and to the Software and the Documentation.
If you accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, you have certain rights and obligations as follows:
YOU MAY:
1. Install and use the unlicensed version of PageFour. The unlicensed version allows for a maximum of 3 Notebooks, with 20 Pages per Notebook.
2. Copy and distribute freely the unlicensed version (see `DISTRIBUTION`).
THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO
You agree and acknowledge that the Software and Documentation are proprietary works that may be protected by the copyright laws of various nations. You may only use the Software and Documentation for the purposes and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may not, without limitation:
1. Place the Software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network
2. Sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation
3. Use the unlicensed version with more than 3 Notebooks, or more than 20 Pages per Notebook
To use the Software with more than 3 Notebooks, or more than 20 Pages per Notebook, you must purchase a license from us. A PageFour license may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
DISTRIBUTION:
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unlicensed version of the software as you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the unlicensed version (not the files resulting of an installation). You are not allowed to sell the unlicensed version (except for shipment and handling charges).
PASSWORDS
THE SOFTWARE CONTAINS FEATURES THAT PERMIT DATA TO BE ENCRYPTED USING A USER-DEFINED PASSWORD. SHOULD YOU FORGET OR LOSE THIS PASSWORD, OR ALLOW IT TO BE CHANGED WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOU ACCEPT THAT IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RECOVER THIS DATA.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY ME ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE- UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, RELIABLE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN, THE SERVERS USED OR THE GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY ME.
EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE (EVEN IF WE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES), OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
LIMTIATION OF LIABILITY
MY AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING WITH THE RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

This software unlicensed version may be freely distributed in any electronic form (i.e. CD compilation.)
You may not sell the unlicensed version.
You must disclose that this is shareware and that the unlicensed version has limitations on the number of notebooks and pages that can be created.
