BY USING PICTURE PATROL (REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED IT OR NOT), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE PICTURE PATROL AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION. By using Picture Patrol, you acknowledge that Picture Patrol and all related products constitute valuable property of Brainchild and that all title and ownership rights to Picture Patrol and related materials remain exclusively with Brainchild. Brainchild reserves all rights with respect to Picture Patrol and all related products under all applicable laws for the protection of proprietary information, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and patents. Picture Patrol is owned by Brainchild and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat Picture Patrol like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording). Paying the Picture Patrol license fee allows you the right to use one copy of Picture Patrol on a single computer. You may not network Picture Patrol or otherwise use it or make it available for use on more than one computer at the same time. You may not rent or lease Picture Patrol, nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it. If you violate any part of this agreement, your right to use Picture Patrol terminates automatically and you must then destroy all copies of Picture Patrol in your possession.
Any ventures that wish to incorporate Picture Patrol into their commercial productions (such as shareware CD-ROM collections) must first contact Brainchild for written permission. Brainchild - based in the Netherlands - must always be credited as the author of Picture Patrol.
