To use and/or subscribe for the Ping Fu service you will require to accept
the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or extend
these terms and conditions at any time and without notice other than
publication on our web server. We also reserve the right to disable your
account without giving notice if you are found to be in violation of these
terms and conditions.Under no circumstances will we be liable for any damage
or loss caused by the service,your use of the service or the unavailability or
malfunction of the service,or your installation and/or use of the client software.
I agree that I will not use Ping Fu or the Ping Fu service for any activity that
is illegal. Any liability incurred from such activities will rest solely with me
I agree not to use the Ping Fu service to indulge in any of the following
activities:
1. Insulting, racist, sexist, or otherwise offending behavior
2. Non-consenting indecency (i.e. sexual harassment)
3. Indecent approaches towards minors, consenting or not
4. Identity theft (i.e. masquerading as someone else)
5. Vandalism or break-ins, or any hacking or cracking attempts
6. Spreading of worms or viruses
7. Sending of unsolicited bulk email or spam
8. Engaging in Denial of Service attacks, vandalism or hacking attempts
9. Provision of sexually explicit content to others
I further agree that I will not resell or redistribute the Ping Fu software without
obtaining consent from the owners
