ProcOff 3.1

ProcOff by JSutils monitors up to three processes and initiates computer shutdown if there has been no process activity for the set time. It also supports fixed activation and shutdown initiation times plus a fixed delay before shutdown initiation. There is a configurable shutdown delay to give the option to cancel shutdown plus the ability to stop users with insufficient privileges closing the program. External programs can be run on both activation and shutdown initiation. ProcOff 3.1 supports all the normal shutdown modes. It can also be used to control a remote computer via a slave program. ProcOff [procoff3.1.exe] can optionally check for updates on start up. Process names and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. ProcOff - 0.55MB can be started manually, on start up or automatically via Task Scheduler and can run in the system tray.

ProcOff 3.1 is part of the JSutils group of software and was originally designed as part of a practical home energy saving project to save energy and money by reducing electricity, heating oil and water use. It is free for personal non commercial use, supports Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, comes complete with html help and is simple to install and use. ProcOff requires a registration code which free for personal non commercial use.

Windows Process Activity Monitor and Shutdown Utility ProcOff Updated To Version 3. 1
JSutils has updated process monitor and shutdown utility ProcOff to version 3. 1. This version adds the option to run programs on activation and shutdown initiation. Log rotation by default is now set to on. The layout of the configuration screen has been improved.
