PILRC TO PODS XRD FILE CONVERSION.
Convert from PilRC resource files to Xrd format to use with PODS.
ResToXrd converts PilRC format resources to the format used in Palm OS Development Suite (PODS). Most resource types are handled as well as most AT algebra (relative positioning). Bitmap families are the only major resource type not handled.
