This extension displays in the status bar the number of open tabs in your current window and in all Firefox windows. The status bar is also highlighted if you've broken a new record!
Clicking on the little icon in the status bar you can view some usage statistics, such as the average number of tabs you use, your max and the sum of all tabs you have ever opened!
