Thumbnail v5.0 can do the impossible. Sharing TEXT, IMAGES and VOICE over IP by creating virtual chatrooms on your personal computer. Data encryption is available, in 3 hash formats (Haval, RipeMD-160 and SHA-1) and 11 popular ciphers (Blowfish, Cast128, Cast256, Gost, IDEA, Mars, Mysti1, RC2, RC5, RC6, Rijndael, and Twifish) to ensure privacy. Custom made voice protocol can be unlocked to talk safe over TCP/IP, MODEM and SERIAL (cable) connections. Yes, you can even do a 9600 BAUD MODEM to MODEM voice [3 Kbps speex] session with Thumbnail images, TEXT messages and (whatever) file transfer. Good quality sound effects for errors and buttons. Thumbnail images can be captured by selecting a USB webcam or installed capture card (TV). Images can be transformed (jpg compression, Gray-scaling, color-reduction and rotation), adjusted to dimm areas with signal boost and filtered with 7 algorithms (Triangle, Hermite, Bell, BSpline, Lanczos3, Mitchel and none) to optimize the imagery for transfer and sharing over the selected line. Virtual channel selector can generate billions and billions of private rooms to be in. Even a sub-room option is available with a 6 digit pincode to simulate invisibillty inside those chatrooms. You can change encryption, password and or pincode while in session and all in realtime. Thumbnail chat is freeware except the voice implementations with the(encrypted) Speex v1.2 Codec. Speex uses standard WAVE input from your microphone and encodes at 3 Kbps. Absolute crisp intelligible quality [Military grade]. Requirements - Only DirectX and a good headset !
