Timer Utility distribution permissions and end-user license agreement

<strong>JR PRODUCTIONS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT</strong><br /><br /> PLEASE ENSURE TO READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (HEREINAFTER "AGREEMENT") BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING ANY JR PRODUCTIONS SOFTWARE (HEREINAFTER "SOFTWARE"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY ALL THE TERMS IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE IN ITS ORIGINAL STATE FOR A FULL REFUND. 1. General<br /><br /> JR Productions (hereinafter "us", "we", "our") as a Licensor, grants, you, the Licensee, a non-exclusive right to use the Software under this Agreement. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 2. License Use<br /><br /> This Agreement allows you to install and use the Software on computer(s) running Apple`s Mac OS X software for which it was designated. You are granted the right to install the Software on one computer only. If you paid for more than one license, only then may you install and use the Software on the number of computers matching the number of copies on the license. 3. Transfer<br /><br /> You may make a permanent transfer of all your license rights of the Software to another person or entity, if and only if the person or entity agrees to all the terms in this Agreement. In doing so, you agree to transfer the Software in its original state, completely unmodified, and agree to in no way retain a copy of the Software and/or its license. 4. Restrictions<br /><br /> You agree not to assign, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Software to any other person or entity, unless explicitly stated herein. You strictly may not copy, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Software. 5. Termination<br /><br /> This Agreement is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any of the term(s) listed in this Agreement will result in the revocation of your rights in this Agreement by us without notice. We reserve the right to render any license(s) under this Agreement null and void at our own discretion. 6. Warranty Limitation<br /><br /> The use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software provided and all its components are provided on a "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. 7. Liability Limitation<br /><br /> We or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the Software cannot be liable for, and shall not pay, any amount of incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages (including damage for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, and the like arising out of the use or inability to use the software). You assume the entire risk as to your judgement of the quality and performance of the Software.
