END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

In this EULA, We mean the software "SpiceLogic Vocabulary Builder for SAT
ACT GRE GMAT LSAT" by the word "SOFTWARE PRODUCT".

it is a Freeware

• SpiceLogic Vocabulary Builder for SAT ACT GRE GMAT LSAT ("SOFTWARE
PRODUCT") is a freeware. It is fully functional. You are hereby allowed
to make any number of backup copies of the trial version of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT and its documentation. You can give a copy of the trial version
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to anyone, providing that no additional fee is
charged and the package files are not modified in any way.
You may not:

- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the
"SOFTWARE PRODUCT".
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the "SOFTWARE
PRODUCT";
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the "SOFTWARE PRODUCT".
- distribute this software for any Price at all.

TERMINATION:

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies
of the Software and Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind,
including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is
borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not SpiceLogic
Consulting & Technologies INC. assume the entire cost of any service and
repair.

SPICELOGIC CONSULTING & TECHNOLOGIES INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK
STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER
COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
