End User License Agreement
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE COPILOT
The End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ASB Database & Software Solutions for the software product named above, which include(s) computer software and "online" or electronic documentation and may include associated media, images and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). YOU MAY NOT USE THE SOFTWARE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
1. Grant of License:
This EULA grants you the following non-exclusive rights:
This SOFTWARE is licensed and not sold. This license grants the right to use one copy of the SOFTWARE on any personally owned computer. One back-up copy may be made.
You may not distribute any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or electronically transfer the SOFTWARE to the computer of a non-registered user.
3. Software Copyright:
The SOFTWARE is owned by ASB Database & Software Solutions and protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyright material.
The foregoing license grants give you limited rights to use the SOFTWARE. Although you own the disk or CD-ROM on which the SOFTWARE is recorded, you do not become the owner of the SOFTWARE.
5. Modifications or Decompiling:
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the SOFTWARE to a human-perceivable form.
The manufacturer warrants the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt.
Zero MusicPlayer - Copilot Version 1.01 is free to distribute.
