neoshut doesn\`t use teh windows registry, thus preventing any uninstallation problems, this means you simply delete neoshut and it\`s files which are held in teh same directory and voila, it\`s gone.
it uses very little ram and there should have no problems starting,
eyeCandy is taken to teh next level on pre-windows xp systems as what you see in a skin\`s screenshot or on one system is exactly what you get on every other system. that means a shutdown utility that is more customizable provides more features (timer,skins,etc.) than the standard shutdown manager that comes with windows xp,
