SplineCalc is multipurpose scientific calculator for implementation of various mathematical operations with maps (grids), data tables, lines, polygons (including multiply connected) and numbers. You can specify some surface analytically or load it from file, calculate first- and second-order partial derivatives, surface area and volume by contour integration with high precision. SplineCalc can be useful for hard scientist or Surfer users.

The program is based on the powerful model-free method of time series analysis Caterpillar-SSA (Singular Spectrum Analysis). The result of the Caterpillar-SSA processing is identification, analysis and forecast of additive components of time series (trends, periodicities, noise). The program can be applied to multivariate analysis/forecasting and change-point detection.
