The Mastermind Deluxe Edition distribution permissions and end-user license agreement
DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR MASTERMIND
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Distibutio Agreement ("AGREEDMENT") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Total Gameplay Studio ("Total Gameplay") for the Mastermind DEMO product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media and printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE DEMO"). By "SOFTWARE DEMO", it means including but not limited to software, codes, screenshots, documentation, images or any other document relating to The MASTERMIND that has limited turns to play, limited features and/or limited version of a "FULL VERSION". By "FULL VERSION", it means SOFTWARE DEMO without any limitation or limited features/turns to play AND additional features whatsoever. Both SOFTWARE DEMO and FULL VERSION would be called SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
By distributing The SOFTWARE DEMO in your press release, CD, DVD, Tapes or any other digital media, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreedment. If you do not agree to the terms, do not distribute or use the SOFTWARE DEMO. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RE-DISTRIBUTE/DISTRIBUTE (IN ANY FORM WHATSOEVER) THE "FULL VERSION" OF THE MASTERMIND UNLESS YOU GOT WRITTEN AGREEDMENT FROM TOTAL GAMEPLAY STUDIO THAT TELL AS SUCH.
1.GRANT OF LICENSE.
Total Gameplay Studio grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all the terms and conditions of this license AGREEDMENT:
SOFTWARE DEMO. You may re-distribute/distribute any number of copy of The MASTERMIND SOFTWARE DEMO (see above definition for SOFTWARE DEMO) on any media including CDs, DVDs or any digital media provided that you do not re-distribute/distribute original FULL VERSION (see definition) of the game and/or ways to convert, compile, crack into FULL VERSION of the game including but not limited to key generator, serial key codes, registration programs and website links.
